    SpecCon Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SpecCon's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SpecCon provides Skills Development Facilitation (SDF) services including:

  • Skills audits and training needs analysis
  • Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) preparation and submission
  • SETA liaison and compliance support
  • Training and certification programmes
  • Accreditation support services

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
  • Respond promptly to requests for documentation and approvals
  • Pay fees as agreed in the service contract
  • Comply with all relevant SETA and legislative requirements

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms are typically net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Confidentiality

SpecCon treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law or regulatory bodies such as SETAs.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpecCon provides professional services to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes regarding SETA approvals or grant funding amounts, as these decisions rest with the relevant SETA authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by SpecCon remain the property of SpecCon unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

10. Changes to Terms

SpecCon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
